III. Open issues
a) Organization of Committee:
-KVHS Field Project
-Blee Williams Presented the committee the organizational chart and the timeline for the project with the end date as September 1st, 2007.
b) House Rules
-Participate, really listen, be accepting, ask questions, put roles aside, follow through on commitments, start on time, end on time, cell phones off, do it for the kids, Bob and Ron have the say to table or ask for vote on topics, facilitator is to keep the meeting to the agenda, extra topics to be sidelined and picked up when time permits.

-Alex and Blee will work on this item.
d) Goals and structure for reaching said goals
-After much discussion, Blee will rework the charts
IV. New business
a) what the next step is with regard to getting the surveys done.
-Ron reported that this process is off to tender, will have an result by Nov 30th.
b) need to appoint a few people as head of certain aspects:
o treasurer- Marc Tanfara, and Blee Williams
o liason with government- wait until after the election
o legal council- Blee Williams
o lease of the field- Bob Munro to contact John MacDonald
